The State Code of Florida requires that all municipalities and counties within the state enforce the most current (5th edition, 2014, effective 06/30/15) Florida Building Code (Appendices A-K), including Building, Residential (Appendices A-Q, including Subappendices) and Existing Building Codes (Appendices A-D and Resource A), at a minimum.
